• Application Review
Our HR team works with the department lead to review your application. If shortlisted, we’ll contact you to schedule an interview. In some cases, a test may be given beforehand for a more thorough evaluation.
• Skill Assessment
Your first interview will be with the team lead, where we’ll discuss all aspects of the position. If the team lead gives the go-ahead, the next step will be an interview with one of our mentors, who is directly involved with the role.
• Offer & Joining
If everything goes smoothly, you officially join the AeronPay family! We’ve designed a detailed onboarding process to help you settle in, covering everything from work practices to our unique culture. You’ll also be paired with a buddy to guide and support you throughout the transition.
